For this project, Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins attorneys negotiated a TIF Incentive Redevelopment Agreement and handled land transfer to Cintas. They also assisted in zoning and development entitlements as well as environmental remediation to allow Cintas to construct and operate a new industrial building.The development cost was $7 million+.
