Village staff has been working closely with Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins, Ltd, First Equity Acquisitions, LLC and Harlem Irving Companies on the Central and Main Proposal. It is currently under construction.
The proposed development has 97 apartment units and features two amenity areas including a rooftop deck. Additionally, the developer will provide improvements to the roadway and streetscape.
