Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins attorneys negotiated an Economic Incentive Agreement for the construction of 220+ new luxury apartments on Yorktown Shopping Center campus. They also negotiated for developer incentives to construct a new lift station and force main, as well as a waiver of sewer connection fees.
