James G. Wargo graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He then graduated from the DePaul College of Law. While at DePaul, Mr. Wargo was the Article & Notes Editor of the DePaul Business Law Journal. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association. At KTJ, Mr. Wargo concentrates in the areas of school law, municipal law, construction law and litigation.
